• Q. How do I contact the driver?

  The driver will call you using the contact information provided at the time of booking. WhatsApp is used for communication.

• Q. How can I change the time or address?

  Please contact our customer center listed on the website. KakaoTalk download is required.

• Q. Is there a cancellation fee?

  A cancellation fee of 50,000 KRW will be charged if you cancel less than 6 hours before arrival. Payment must be made via card through KakaoTalk.

• Q. I didn’t receive the verification code from the website.
